Bev’s Corner Drop-in Center, 3 Elm Street in Rockville, will host a live simulcast of the nationwide debate on “Is Creation a Viable Model of Origins” on Tuesday, February 4 from 7 to 9:30 pm.  Admission and refreshments are free. Dress is casual. The facility is handicapped-accessible.

During the 2-1/2 hour debate, Ken Ham, founder of the Creation Museum in Kentucky, will debate Bill Nye, executive director of The Planetary Society, concerning the viability of creation as a scientifically-credible description of our origins.

The simulcast is sponsored by Union Church. Promotional assistance is being provided by the Creation Coalition of Connecticut, also based in Vernon. For details, contact Matthew Czelusniak at 860-875-2559 or visit www.CreationCT.com.
