Citgo on rt 83

Does anyone know the story on the Citgo across from Little Marks?? They never have any customers,yet continue to stay open. I went in there out of curiosity and was going to buy half and half,but they all were expired by more than a week .now,after the latest storm,the lot has not been plowed at all...yet the lights remain on,and the "open" sign is always on?? How  do you spend the money to rebuild,then out price everyone on gas prices,stay open even though there hasn't been a customer in months??
