Recently, I was waling around my yard on a non-windy day. I heard a crack.
I do have trees from all around me, and all of a sudden my son said, "Mom ... watch out!"

It was a 45-pound tree limb that was not hanging - just heavy wet and old. It snapped onto my head. I am one lucky lady because I had an angel on my shoulder.
I got seven stitches and a brusieds arm.
But back to running to help me get through this again.
