ERASE Inc., or East of the River Action for Substance Abuse Elimination, has scheduled its second-annual Family Wellness Expo for Sept. 27 from 5 to 8 p.m.
The event is slated for the Baymont Inn and Suites, 20 Taylor St., Manchester.
ERASE is a regional action council for substance abuse prevention and wellness that serves 15 towns east of the Connecticut River.
The event will feature car seat safety checks by the Manchester Police Department and local vendors who will be providing information and resources where parents can learn about affordable ways to have fun and keep their family safe and healthy.
Also on hand will be a face painter and the Games2U van, which will offer family friendly video games, laser tag and a hamster ball.
Those who who visit all of the vendor booths will be entered into a drawing for a Kindle Fire.
Admission to the expo is free Healthy refreshments will be served.
