Curb Appeal Checklist

Before Putting your Home on the Market you need to check out its curb appeal. A home that is visually appealing and in good condition will attract potential buyers. Whether they are just driving down the street or see photos on the internet, a well maintained home will yield a quicker sale and usually a higher selling price. You can use this checklist to view your home through the eyes of a potential buyer.   Are there toys, tools, miscellaneous items all around the yard? Are garbage barrels stored out of sight? Is the lawn green, not patchy and mowed? Are the shrubs well maintained? Is the front walk well kept? Does the driveway need resurfacing or is it cracked? Are the garage doors closed and can a car fit inside? Does the exterior need painting? Is the front door bright and inviting? Would you be excited to live there? First impressions are very important. If you’d like a potential buyer to come inside you need to have impressive curb appeal on the outside.
