Community Update

Talked down to me as if I had been neglecting my dog, a yorkie shih tsu mix, because his hair was a bit matted and straggly from the snow and i had just taken off his sweater. Eyed me rudely for a bald spot on his arm that he had been chewing which we have been treating. Three workers verbally attacked me and made me feel that i did not take care of my dog well enough. I was resentful to leave my dog with them. They do a great job on the hair cuts, but are HORRIBLE with their customers... and they just lost one!
