Tag Sale and Coat & Food Drive at Connecticut Water's Office on Route 140 in East Windsor

Connecticut Water Company employees will be holding a Tag Sale and Coat & Food Drive on Saturday, September 21st from 9:00 am to 1:00pm at the Company’s office at 25 North Road (Route 140) in East Windsor (next to Dunkin’ Donuts).

In addition to the tag sale, which features household items offered by Connecticut Water employees with a portion of the proceeds going to charity, there will be a collection of gently used coats and canned or other non-perishable food for distribution through local social service agencies to persons in need. Employee organizers encourage everyone who stops by to bring a coat or non-perishable food item with them.

Maureen P. Westbrook, Connecticut Water’s Vice President – Customer and Regulatory Affairs says the tag sale and community benefit drive was the idea of Connecticut Water employees who wanted to help families in need. Ms. Westbrook states, “Our employees are volunteering their time to organize the event as a way to give back to the community and help those facing economic challenges.”
