most gentle form of yoga. Perfect for people of all ages looking for a safe,
thourough workout that offers gentle movements to open and relieve joints,
allow greater range of motion, improve strength, balance, flexibility and
posture. It is a therapeutic approach making yoga and its benefits available to
all, including those recovering from injury and surgery, living with chronic
conditions including but not liminted to, multiple sclerosis, arthritis,
fibromyalgia, scoliois, back pain, etc. or are simply looking for a slower
pace. Your will experience exercises/postures whole sitting in a chair,
standing (using the chair for support if necessary) and then moving to the
floor (or remain in your chair if you prefer) for Savasana (deep relaxation).
All postures are adaptable to individual needs.
