A swearing-in Ceremony has been scheduled for Thursday night - tonight - at 7 at Town Hall for newly elected town officials.
Town Clerk Bernice Dixon is scheduled to deliver the oath of office to Mayor-Elect Daniel Champagne.
Per the Charter the new Town Council, Board of Education and mayor take office at 12:01 a.m. on the Monday following Election Day.
The first official Town Council meeting of the new term is scheduled for Nov 19 at 7:30 p.m.
