Rides to the Polls Being Offered on Election Day
The 2013 municipal elections are on Nov. 5.
Need a ride to the polls on Election Day?
Services are being offered.
The Democratic Town Committee is offering rides via 860-970-5186.
The Republican Town Committee is offering rides to the polls via 860-836-6389.
Voting will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 5 at the following polling places:
• Northeast School for District 1.
• Rockville High School for District 2.
• Skinner Road School for District 3.
• Vernon Center Middle School for District 4. VCMS actually sits in the second district, but it was determined by the registrars of voters and the council that Lake Street School is just not big enough for the southern part of town.
