UPS Driver Randy Collins Files Lawsuit

Collins was injured in a car accident at the intersection of Old Post Road and Mountain Spring Road in Tolland in July.

Tolland resident Randy Collins has filed a lawsuit in Rockville Court against Patrick Wall and Wall to Wall Earthworks Home Maintenance of Vernon for Wall's role in a July car crash that left Collins critically injured, according to a press release sent to Tolland Patch.

Wall was driving the car that collided with Collins' UPS truck at the intersection of Old Post Road and Mountain Spring Road.

According to the press release from the law office of RisCassi & Davis, PC, the group representing Collins, the lawsuit alleges that Wall "operated his motor vehicle at a rate of speed greater than is reasonable, failed to stop at a stop sign and yield the right of way to Collins' vehicle and was inattentive in the operation of his motor vehicle."
