Students off Friday and Monday ... Holiday closings
Town offices are closed on Monday.
Vernon students seems to have the most time off this Presidents Weekend.
Schools are not in session on Friday and Monday. The long weekend is a substitute for a full week's vacation.
Town Hall is open until 1 p.m. on Friday and closed Monday. No public meetings will take place on Monday.
Banks are closed on Monday but package stores are open.
Beginning with the Presidents Day holiday on Monday, trash from the Monday and Tuesday routes will be collected on Tuesday. Recycling will not be collected at all that day from the normal Monday and Tuesday routes.
