Here is a look at the latest property transfers recorded in the town clerk's office:
• Sold, by Shari Robblets, property at 565 Talcottville Rd., UNit 1A1, to Stacey Sateris, $92,500, recorded July 11.
• Granted, by ESS 1031 Hartford Turnpike/Woodbrook LLC three easements - one at 1031 Hartford Turnpike and two at Woobrook, to the Connecticut Water Co., recorded July 9.
