Construction On New Route 83 Cumberland Farms Rolling Along

Workers were taking advantage of Friday's sunshine and hustling to get their chores done at 333 Talcottville Rd. - the site of a new Cumberland Farms.

Cumby's officials said the store will be "state-of-the-art" and offer more in terms of food items.

The store will offer the traditional gas and milk too.

Constrction is targeted for a June 7 completion, local economic development officials said.

Officials for the store have not said what will happen to the old store up the road once it is vacated in favor of the new place.
