No Trash and Recycling Pickups On Fourth of July
The Transfer Station will be closed on Sunday, July 7, 2013.
The Vernon Public Works Department will be closed on the Fourth of July.
Trash and recycling will not be collected on that day. They will instead will be collected the following day - Friday, July 5 - along with that day's regular collections.
Excess trash and recycling can be brought to the Transfer Station on Hockanum Boulevard free of charge during normal business hours.

The Transfer Station is open:
• Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
