It has shared a picture of the Civil War Thanksgiving.

Officials from the Vernon-based New England Civil War Museum have pointed out that Thanksgiving turned 150 on Thursday.

According to Wikipedia, the day became an official Federal holiday in 1863, when, during the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a national day of "Thanksgiving and Praise to our beneficent Father who dwelleth in the Heavens," to be celebrated on Thursday, Nov 26.
