It was a wild afternoon on the baseball and softball fields between Tolland and Rockville. Tolland won in softball and Rockville in baseball.
Here are five tidbits from the games.
1. Chris Watts hit a dribbler near the mound in the seventh that turned into a two-run walk-off single the RHS baseball team.
2. Kaitlyn Lajoie pitched seven innings for RHS, gave up just four hits and stuck out nine but lost.
3. Brianna Levick led off the softball game with a triple and scored the game's first run.
4. No one scored over the first five innings at the Tolland-Rockville baseball game.
5. Kevin Babcock drove n the first run of the Rams final-inning rally.
