With the 2010 Grand list of taxable property filed with the town clerk, the five things to know today are the who the top five taxpayers in town are and the total value of their assessments.
1. The Mansions at Hockanum Crossing, $47,754,460.
2. Tri City Improvements LLC, $30,295,590.
3. Woodbrook LLC, $21,516,740.
4. Connecticut Water Co., $ 20,011,880.
5. CL&P & Yankee Gas, CT. Natural Gas, $19,022,250.
