Vernon’s John M. Delgadillo Recognized as New Leader In Banking by Connecticut Bankers Association

First Niagara Bank is pleased to announce that Vernon resident and First Vice President of Small Business Banking John M. Delgadillo has been recognized as a “New Leader in Banking” by the Connecticut Bankers Association and Connecticut Banking magazine. Delgadillo manages small business relationships in the New England Region for the bank.

The “New Leaders In Banking” awards recognize bankers who show promise and potential in the local banking industry. Honorees are chosen by an independent panel, which considers Connecticut bankers, under the age of 50, who are judged to be outstanding employees, managers, or business leaders and who make a notable impact within their banks or their community.

“I started in banking 17 years ago and I came to love the industry,” said Delgadillo. “I am proud of the success I have had with First Niagara in specific rolling out our small business program throughout New England Region. It is rewarding for me to assist our fellow employees and help them achieve their full potential through coaching and development. I am thrilled to be recognized by the Connecticut Bankers Association for my work in the industry and look forward to future opportunities for success.”

Delgadillo accepted his award recently at the annual “New Leaders In Banking” award ceremony at MGM Grand Foxwoods, which recognized all 10 awardees for their hard work and dedication to the banking industry in Connecticut.

Go out late a "night", when it is very quite, call his name. I have found many cats thisRead More way, because house cats don't like a lot of noise and are very afraid. Your cat is hiding, will be afraid to come out. Look in areas were there is woods, secluded areas.
