RCA Bringing Miss Greater Rockville Pageant to Town
The winner could enter the Miss Connecticut competition.
The Rockville Community Alliance is bringing a Miss America affiliated competition to town.
It's called the Miss Greater Rockville Scholarship Competition and it will be affiliated with the Miss Connecticut pageant, which is part of the Miss America network.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 17 at Rockville High School and the deadline for contest entries is March 2.
The criteria for entries includes:
• Contestants must be 17 to 24.
• Contestants must show talent.
• Contestants must show focus.
• Contestants must be goal-oriented.
• Contestants must be people-oriented.
• Contestants must have community service experience.

The Miss Greater Rockville Scholarship Organization's Facebook page also has information on the contest.
The winner will earn scholarship funding and be able to compete for the Miss Connecticut title wearing the white Miss Greater Rockville sash with red lettering.
