A Vernon woman is facing a second-degree breach of peace charge after a domestic incident at her 32 Elm St. residence on Thursday, police said.
Emily Rose Quirk, 19, allegedly hit her boyfriend during a spat, according to an arrest report. The incident took place at 12:07 a.m., police said.
She was being held Thursday morning on a $500 bond while awaiting a court appearance, police said.

Sanchall Monique Hays, 29, of 18 Union St., New Britain, was taken into custody on a warrant for failing to respond to an infraction ticket, police said.
She was released on a $124 cash bond and was assigned a court date of Feb. 22, police said.

Bernard Christian, 47, of 110 West Main St., was charged with failure to pay or plead at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, police said.
He was held overnight in lieu of a $219 bond while awaiting a Thursday court appearance, police said.
He was also held on a $750 bond for failing to appear in court, police said.

Corey Hanville, 20, of 29 Lawler Rd., was charged with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana at 1:25 a.m. on Wednesday, police said.
He is due in court on Feb. 22, police said.
