Police Arrest Seven in Drug Bust

The East Central Narcotics Task Force found a pound of marijuana in one of the homes during the bust.

Police arrested seven people in a drug bust on Friday, coordinated by the East Central Narcotics Task Force, with assistance from Vernon and Manchester detectives, according to police.

Police report that the task force received information of narcotic activity at both 26 Grove St. and 73 Riverside Dr. in Vernon. After obtaining search warrants, police said they removed 2 ounces of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and drug packaging from the Grove Street address, as well a pound of marijuana, packaging material, evidence of marijuana cultivation, marijuana plants and other drug paraphernalia from 73 Riverside Dr.

Police say they arrested the following individuals:

Joseph Ulrich, 30, of 26 Grove St., was charged with possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Bond was set at $10,000.

Amanda Ulrich, 30, of 26 Grove St., was charged with possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000.

Danielle Laliberte, 26, of 11 Faith Dr., was charged with possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000.

Sean Safner, 26, of Motel 6 in Vernon, was charged with possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000.

Jennifer Safner, 26, of Motel 6 in Vernon, was charged with possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000.

Ted Ulrich, 49, of 73 Riverside Dr., was charged with possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and cultivation of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000.

Eva Perrina, 43, of 73 Riverside Dr., was charged with possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and cultivation of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000.
